About Me
Hey, I’m Arden — a life coach, a trans man, and someone who’s rebuilt his life from the ground up.
Before stepping into this work, I spent 14 years in the IT industry, building systems and solving complex problems. It was steady, structured work. Over time though, I realized I wanted something deeper. I craved work that felt more human, more connected, and more aligned with my values. Coaching gave me a way to bring that same problem-solving mindset into a space that supports real, personal transformation.
I work with people standing at the “what now?” moment. Maybe you’re questioning your career path, adjusting to a big life change, or simply craving more clarity and direction. My coaching is real, affirming, and pressure-free. It’s a space to sort through the noise and take action that feels right for you.
I know what it means to start over. I’m in my own gender transition, moving through it step by step while also healing from the weight I’ve carried to get here. I left a restrictive religious community, cut ties with family to protect my peace, and survived childhood sexual abuse. I know what it’s like to feel untethered and uncertain, and I know what it takes to begin piecing yourself back together.
This work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you toward some polished version of yourself. It’s about backing who you already are. Learning to love yourself exactly as you are, while also acknowledging that you can grow into an even greater human and enhance your life path through dedication. Together, we’ll create space for what’s shifting, set grounded goals, and build action plans that actually fit your life.

FAQs
How does the messaging support work?
You’ll have access to me via text message and email Monday–Friday. You can send questions, updates, wins, wobbles. Whatever’s coming up. I typically respond within 24 hours, often sooner. It’s like having a coach in your pocket.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Not quite. Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions it’s about support, clarity, and action. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is more about building the future. I’m here to help you get clear on what fits, untangle what doesn’t, and move toward a life that actually feels like yours. If therapy is a better fit, I’ll always be honest about that and I’m happy to help you find affirming care.
Can I do a single session instead of a full package?
I always start with a free, 30-minute clarity call. We will get to know each other, make sure we’re the right fit, and walk away with one clear action item.
We’ll talk about where you’re at, what you’re exploring, and what kind of support might actually help. You can ask questions, share as much or as little as you want, and get a feel for how I work.
